Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner is a modern-day woman with wisdom and energy. She is an actor writer, health practitioner and author. Her talk shows host as well as produces the show. There's a reason why she's earned her the title Perpetual Motion. Marilu's health-focused approach is visible throughout her entire existence. Her belief is that good health is essential to be successful. But it wasn't always that way. Her diet was one of yoyos as a teenager, watching her weight rise. She indulged in emotional foods and felt sick all the every day. Parents who were both at the end of their lives and experiencing heart attacks and arthritis-related issues, passed away. She realized she needed to be accountable for her own health. The focus was not on dieting but about health and finding a way to live that maximized the way our bodies were meant to work.
