Jana Kramer bio

Singer and actress and song writer Jana Kramer rose to fame through television, where she was part of the crew on One Tree Hill as Alex during its last three seasons. On the episodes she was seen performing her first country album. The album with named Thirty One was placed within the top 20. Thirty One, the follow-up album from Thirty One in 2015 Thirty One reached the Top Ten. As she ended the decade, she made appearances at Dancing with the Stars. The year was 2021 and the single Doubting Voices was released. Jana Rae Kramer is a Michigan native who was raised by country music. Though she had a recording and acting career but her first screen appearance was in the horror independent film Dead/Undead (2002) while still in high school. Through the years, she appeared on several shows, including All My Children and CSI: NY before landing the regular role of Noelle Davenport in NBC's Friday Night Lights' second season (2007-2008). Kramer played in 90210 from 2008 to 2009 as Portia and Brooke Manning before joining One Tree Hill on the CW in 2009, where she played Alex Dupre. Her appearance on the show until 2012, when the series ended. Jana Kramer Kramer's run on One Tree Hill saw her signing a contract for a single with Elektra Records. In 2011 she debuted the contemporary music video for the love song of a country singer I Won't Give Up. It later appeared on her debut album Jana Kramer in mid-2012. The song made it to in the Top Five on the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart. She continued acting in films such as Heart of the Country 2013 or Country Crush 2016 which would appeal to her fans. Kramer released her sophomore studio album, Thirty One in collaboration with Warner Music Nashville, in October of this year. Thanks to her Top Five country hit I Got the Boy as well as a duet together with Steven Tyler of Aerosmith it was even more successful, achieving number three on country's album chart as well as number ten on the Billboard 200. Two months on Dancing with the Stars 23rd edition ended with her finishing 4th. That same year, the song It's like Christmas featuring Straight No Chaser, was hugely popular among adults.
