Shailene Woodley, an American actor and activist. The film The Descendants, she played Alexandra King who is an addiction-prone teenager. She continued to impress after her acclaimed performance of The Descendants. The early success of Shailene's career within the world of film is impressive. Starting her career by appearing in television shows and commercials, she went on to appear in prominent roles in Hollywood films. Due to her talent as an actor she's won numerous prizes, such as MTV Movie Awards, People's Choice Awards, and Teen Choice Awards. She's also received nominations for other highly high-profile awards like BAFTA Awards, Golden Globe Awards as well as Primetime Emmy Awards. Shailene was an actor for a long time, however she is also a strong environmentalist. Shailene Woodley co-founded All it Takes, a non-profit group in the year 2010 with her mother.
